Junior Development Tennis Program
@Queen City Racquet & Fitness Club
Through the years, Queen City Racquet Club's Junior Tennis Development Programs have produced many Local, State and National Champions. Our clinics are designed to teach every aspect of the game. We always maintain a low student to Pro ratio through-out the program levels. We have a comprehensive junior development plan, based on the goals of the child, that will advance the player's skills. As he/she becomes more proficient they will be encouraged to move up to the next program level. Each level encourages greater stroke production, racquet skills, and game tactics.
Our philosophy is to provide an enjoyable and dynamic junior tennis program for your child. No matter their ability, age or level of interest, our experienced tennis professionals will help to place your child in the appropriate junior clinic.
Contact us today, and we will help guide you to the right program for your child's needs.

ACHIEVERS TENNIS PROGRAM
This program is designed for 8-12 years old, playing USTA Green Ball Tournaments and are following the USTA's Earned Advancement Guidelines. These players can rally full court using the GREEN ball. The focus is to develop these players using 'self-fed' and 'live ball' drills that emphasize control, footwork and strong fundamentals in all of their strokes. This prepares them and gives them a better understanding of 'patterns of play'. The 'patterns of play' become the foundation of how they will approach match play and tournament play.

TOURNAMENT PLAYERS PROGRAM:
Designed for the players committed to playing USTA tournaments year round and working towards achieving an OVTA, Midwest or National Ranking. We always aim to maintain a low student to pro ratio. This program includes Jr. High and High School players participating in their League and Conference tournaments and working to qualify for the Ohio School Sectional, District and State Tournaments. The focus of this program is on stroke production with relation to control, power, spin and how to best use those skills to set up and finish points. This will be achieved through point play and game based drills. As a complete program we also will train and develop each player's fitness with tennis specific drills to increase their speed, strength and stamina.
