Club Rules & Policies

The following policies have been instituted to insure the enjoyment and safety of all Club members:

Queen City Racquet and Fitness Club is a membership club. Everyone must check in at the front desk before using the facility and pay appropiate fees. Membership privileges may not be loaned under any circumstances.

Indoor court reservations and tennis lessons must be cancelled with a 24-hour notice or the appropriate charge will be made.

No food or drink on the indoor tennis courts. Water bottles with lids are the only exception.

Court reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance of playing time. Please book your court with the names of all players.

All membership activation and monthly fees are subject to state sales tax.

Activation Fees are a one time charge as long as the membership is kept current. (This is a non-refundable fee.) Upgrading a membership requires paying the difference in activation fees. Downgrades will be charged a $25. processing fee.

There will be a charge of 1.5% or a minimum of $.50 on all balances 30 days past due.

All children must remain within the nursery at all times unless accompanied by a non-playing parent or a designated babysitter. When the nursery is closed, children under 12 years of age must be supervised by a non-playing parent or a designated babysitter. No children under the age of 14 are permitted in the Fitness Center.

The Club is not responsible for injury or loss/damage of personal property. All persons using the Club's facilities do so at their own risk.

The cost of any property damage to the Club will be charged to the responsible parent, member or visitor.

Tournaments and Club scheduled matches have preference over all play. In such cases, efforts will be made not to schedule all courts, but to keep some open for general play.

All fees are subject to change without notice.
